Time Reserved Exclusively

We value your time, and we value ours. Once an appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Consultation preparation and scheduling are arranged around the confirmed appointment, which is why confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable.

If circumstances change, contact the private office as early as possible. Where practical, a confirmed consultation may be rescheduled subject to availability. Exceptional circumstances are considered fairly.
